Bike a Bee honey is never heated or micro-filtered. It’s bottled by hand with loving care. Nothing is added and nothing is taken away. Your honey may arrive crystallized or hard. This is normal for unfiltered honey! You can gently re-liquify it by putting the jar in hot water or on a warm surface. Be careful though, heating honey past 110°F can destroy the flavor, enzymes and pre-biotic qualities of your honey.
